One-Life Eco-House is an Intentional Community, a "Collective", that follows a “Co-Living” Model.

We plan to live together in an Average / Standard House where we will live Sustainably,

where Everyone is Your Friend, and where all Costs and Chores are Shared Equally.

Currently we are in the Forming Stage, so we have not purchased a Property just yet. We are however, now Taking Names for a Waiting List. Together, all the Members will decide where we live, what

our House Rules will be, how we Interact with Neighbors, and so on...

In Regards to Costs, the actual Monthly Charge Per Person is unknown until we Buy a House, nevertheless the Charges will simply be determined by the Total Cost of our House Mortgage, Taxes, Utilities, Repairs, Food, etc. divided by the Total Number of Housemates. And of course other Start-Up Fees such as Down Payment, Equipment Purchases and Eco-Friendly Upgrades such as Green

House, Solar, Grey Water, and Rain Water Catchment etc. will also apply.

But Please Do Keep In Mind - we will need those with More Income to pay Higher Amounts,

otherwise those with Lower Incomes will not be able to move in.

Example - a $300,000 House with #6 People Requires: A) Rent = $500 Minimum to $1,000 or

More Each, and B) Down = $1,200 minimum to $10,000 or More Each.
