Description: Azira is a Forward Thinking Intentional Community of Educated and/or Experienced Visionaries, Creative Leaders and Thinkers, who will be developing new and/or refining existing Practices, Skills and Technologies etc. that are needed for operating effective and practical Communities for the 21st Century. In addition to Founding our own Unique “Think Tank” style and “Real World” community, we will also help Develop: A) Community Collective – Semi-autonomous Micro Neighborhoods, different Groups of people with commons interests that are living together communally, and B) Community Business's – Startups, Co-ops and Pre-existing profit sharing enterprises, offering a variety of Products and Services that in addition to being Eco and Animal Friendly, will also help to finance the community and employ some of it's members, and finally C) Community Property – Land, Facilities, Gardens, Resources and Equipment etc. that are shared by all the Groups.

Focus of Activities: A) Science and Technology, plus B) Engineering and Medicine.

Lifestyle: We plan on living together in Tiny self contained Trailer Houses or RV's that you own and bring into the community. We also will share an evening meal daily and plan to build a central multi-purpose futuristic pavilion with shared bath house, kitchen, water and propane tanks, plus dining, office, lab and meeting areas.

Membership: Scientists Wanted - we are now *Seeking Educated and/or Experienced Creative Visionaries who love the following areas: Science / Technology / Engineering / Computers / Medicine, and so on... ( *Note: This is Not an Offer of Employment )

Fee Structure: Join Fee + Monthly Rent = Total Property Costs Divided Equally.

Status: Forming / Open - Started Nov 2019. We do Not yet have enough Members or Money to own a Property, and we are Not yet Living Together. This Process will take some time but You Can Help Speed Things Up by Sharing this Website Link with all your Scientifically Minded Social Media Friends, at least those you would be happy to Live and Work with.

Collaboration: Azira is Working Together with and has been Chosen by ATC - Alt Terra Commons, the Creators of this New One of a Kind Collective to Help Integrate Practical Science and Technology into the Design, Build, and Maintenance of the "Central Hub" and it's related Facilities / Amenities, in order to bring it's Members and Visitors, the Best Community Experience Possible.
